At MARLYZ MART, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
- Products may be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used, damaged, or altered products.
- Sale or clearance items (unless received damaged or defective).
- Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method or by bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
